We are pleased to announce the v1.4 release of the wp-pear-debug plugin. Most of the changes in this version are internal and therefore there are no new features or added functionality compared to the previous version. The plugin is now completely wrapped in a class. This move practically reduces any chance of a conflict with this plugin to nil as all functionality provided by the plugin will be available through its class methods. Also, all required options are defined as class constants. Given the simplicity of this plugin it is also a great example or proof of concept for anyone who wants to understand how to implement a completely object oriented wordpress plugin. The plugin now makes use of the new 'print_script' and 'print_style' hooks and therefore this new version will not work for any verison of wordpress which has not implemented these hooks. Finally, the admin interface has been tweaked a little to be a little more uniform with the latest styes in the new versions of wordpress. Enjoy!!! DOWNLOAD HERE Discuss this article on the forums. This mod extends the default phpfox gallery section by adding support for albums and other useful enhancements. This is release 7.1 . This update includes bug fixes, the addition of language system support and better error handling. Many of the files in this release have been completely recoded and commented in an effort to have more efficient and readble code. |

Hi, I would like to announce the release of our latest mod. The advanced event gallery with albums.
This mod allows the upload of pictures gallery to the events sections .This version is called release 1. This release supports albums from the start. A sample scenario that this would be great for would be if you have a three(3) day event you can create albums : Day 1 photos, Day 2 photos and Day 3 photos. Its important to note for those who have modified their event sections this mod replaces no files. Most of the files are new. For the few existing files that need to be changed manual edits are provided. I do not add files that require manual edits to the zip packages. As with all my latest mods the documentation contains a complete list of files used in this mod.

Hi, I would like to announce my latest mod which is the simpleseo mod.
Preamble
I did alot of reading and research about how sites are index. I also did alot of experimentation on my own websites looking at how I have been crawled based on my meta tags and page content. I have since determined that search engine optimization is not as complicate as some people make it seem. With this in mind I set out to make an seo improvement for phpfox myself.
What this mod do
This mod simply allows you to manually set a title, description and a set of keywords for any url on your phpfox website. As it is now the only thing really dynamic in this three part system is the title. However most of the time you only see the default title anyways. Essentially instead of having a bunch of pages with the same title, description and keywords you get to set meta data that uniquely identifies each page. The reason I did it manually by url is cause each phpfox website is different with its own content so as the administrator you will be able to tweak descriptions and titles to suit your specific niche.
The good thing about this is that it does not completely override the default phpfox title, description and keywords. So for pages like blogs where you may be satisfied with with what phpfox generates as the title you can opt to leave the phpfox generated title and put in a description and keywords. As long as you create a url rule for seo optimization you can opt to allow the default phpfox behavior for any of the three. This also means that you do not have to set this for every single url on your site. Personally I would only do it for the main links on the site and the homepage.
Any extra features?
Essentially you can add, edit and remove urls once matched will display the meta data you specify. The other thing is you have the option of enabling and disabling the seo optimization per url without deleting the rule you create. This is very helpful for instance if you want to build your intricate seo plan and not have the search engines see it before you are done.
Will this be improved with more features?
In the next version I will be adding in more options allowing for automatically generated tags and possible more features based on feeback I get from you guys.
What version of phpfox is this for?
I created this using phpfox v1.6 build 20. Most likely later on I can add support for builds 18 and 19.
How much does this cost?
This mod will go on sale for $50 starting from today Friday 12 2008.

Description This plugin incorporates the pear php_debug library into wordpress. I started using Pear php_debug in an effort to speed up my development process By quickly making debug information available without too much hassle.
