I could do just vbulletin and phpmydirectory. No need to bring in phpfox if you don't need it. That's 1,000 (arbitrary figure) extra data_base_ calls you can do without.
Maybe you can explain more in detail your requirements for this integration with vbulletin and phpmydirectory.
